What is Dim Sum?!! If you haven't yet tried Dim Sum, you're missing one of London's most extraordinary gastronomic bargains. Dim Sum (in Cantonese) means something like 'touch the heart' or little pieces so dear to the heart. The traditional accompaniment to all this food is Chinese Tea; we offer a selection of different leaves, with dark, intriguingly musty Bo-Lay, a flavourite alternative to the ubiquitous Jasmine and Shei Sin.
